1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).


2. Shipping Locations

At this time, RAVEXA ships within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping. Any future changes to shipping regions will be updated on this page.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping options through reputable carriers.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): approximately 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary depending on:

  • Carrier operations

  • Destination

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays or unforeseen delays


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and size

  • Shipping method selected

  • Delivery destination

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details, if provided by the carrier.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Orders returned to us because of address errors may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at sale@ravexagroup.com. We can only make changes if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows your order as “delivered” but you cannot locate it:

  • Check around your property and common delivery areas

  • Ask neighbors, household members, or building management

  • Contact the shipping carrier for more details

If the package is still missing, email us at sale@ravexagroup.com with your order number and tracking information. We will review the situation and assist where possible.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, operational issues, or other factors outside our control. However, we will do our best to support you in resolving delivery concerns.


8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

  • Provide your order number

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.


9. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or carrier limitations. Any such restrictions will be noted on the product page or at checkout.
